The Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB) has officially released the recruitment notification for Van Rakshak and Kshetra Rakshak under the Executive Forest Department, as well as Jail Prahari under the Executive Jail Department and Jail Superintendent posts for the year 2026.

Candidates who wish to appear for the MPESB Van Rakshak, Jail Prahari & Other Posts Examination 2026 can submit their online applications from 28 February 2026 to 14 March 2026.

Eligibility Details

Van Rakshak	728	Passed Class 10th (High School) examination from a recognized board. Height Requirement: Male: 163 CMS Female: 150 CMS For complete eligibility conditions, refer to the official notification.
Kshetra Rakshak	169	Passed Class 10th (High School) examination from a recognized board. Height Requirement: Male: 163 CMS Female: 150 CMS Candidates are advised to read the official notification for detailed eligibility criteria.
Jail Prahari	757	Passed Class 10th (High School) examination from a recognized board. Height Requirement: Male: 165 CMS Female: 158 CMS Physical Efficiency Test (PET): 800-meter race: 2 minutes 50 seconds (Male) 800-meter race: 4 minutes (Female) Shot Put: 20 feet (Male), 16 feet (Female) For additional PET and eligibility details, refer to the official notification.
Jail Superintendent	25	Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university in India. Height Requirement: Male: 168 CMS Female: 155 CMS For detailed Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and other eligibility criteria, refer to the official notification.
